Review: I ordered a bed set for my daughter on Saturday August [redacted], and have called repeatedly and talked to the sales associates INCLUDING a manager that promised to figure out why the warehouse hasn't sent out my order! I am still waiting back to hear what is going on and it is August [redacted] now!! They will not return or answer my phone calls!!! Very unhappy!!!!Desired Settlement: Delivery of order.

Review: I ordered two quilts online from this company in November 2013. My order number was [redacted]. Their website promised delivery within 2 to 5 business days. In early December I emailed their customer service to inquire as to when the quills would be shipped as I had not received them yet. I received a response to that email that they would be shipped that week which was the week of December ** fell in. The person who responded to my email did not sign their name to it. That week came and went and I sent another email but never received a response to it. I have since emailed them three times and have received no response. I called their toll-free number and left a message for somebody to please get back to me. Their toll-free number is ###-###-####. When I now call that number it is no longer taking any phone calls so I don't know if they've had it disconnected or not. I would like to cancel my order and have a confirmation that it has been canceled but there is no way it seems that I can contact them or if I do I get no response. I would like to place my order elsewhere but I don't want to do that until I am assured they will not be deducting the money from the credit card number I gave them. In doing many websites searches on this company I have found they are a family owned business. Therefore I am sure that they have received my emails and find it in very poor taste and very unprofessional that they cannot at least contact me and let me know that they either no longer have these items or that they are canceling my order. They have very unprofessional business practices.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive an email from this company either telling me that they are immediately shipping out my items or they are canceling my order. If they are canceling my order I want that in an email as proof that they are canceling it so that if a charge on my credit card should appear from them I have recourse for further action.

The business has finally contacted me after sending them many emails. They have informed me that they are awaiting shipment from the manufacturer. However, until I receive these items and/or kept informed of further delays, I do not consider this matter closed. Before their phone stopped working I left a message asking someone to contact me. I also emailed several times, again with no response. With poor customer service like this I feel that this matter is not resolved until (as stated above) I receive my items or I am kept informed of further delays.

Review: On October **, 2114 I placed an order (#[redacted]) for a quilt and given a confirmation and order number by email. I called back a week later and was told the order would be shipping by 10/** and I would receive an email with tracking number, that never happened. The week of 10/**/14 I placed another call and spoke to customer service, I asked about my order and was put on hold. The customer service person returned to the phone and said her manager was in touch with the quilt manufacturer and I would receive a call or email the next day about delivery status, that call or mail never received. Since that day I have called the company no less than 12 times and left voice mails and still no return call or emails. I'm not sure if the company is out of business or just not answering their phones. I have been charged $62.95 for the quilt, if the company has no intention shipping the quilt I would like a refund. I would think the company would at least answer their phone during their business hours 9 am-3pm eastern time M-F or respond to voice messages. This company has very poor customer service and business practices.Desired Settlement: I would like the quilt I ordered but if that is not possible I would like an apology email and refund of $62.95.

Review: I ordered a set of bedding the last week of October 2014 & have yet to receive the order or a refund. I called the company five times & they have yet to answer the phone. I have left two voice messages with no response. I have emailed the company ten times regarding the matter & have been answered eight of those ten times. I was told repeatedly that I will receive my order within a week, but later that was changed to 'the product is on back-order' but I will still receive within TWO weeks. It has been 75 days since my order. I asked for a refund & was told they would process immediately. I asked for confirmation of when I would see the refund hit my credit card & was told accounting would send a receipt that day. I have yet to receive any kind of confirmation of a refund. I am tired of being misled & lied to regarding this order. If I had looked into this company before placing my order I would have never ordered from them - obviously I am not the first, nor will I be the last, customer who has received terrible customer service with no receipt of order or refund.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a full refund on my credit card immediately.
