When we spoke with the customer on 02/02/2015 and 02/05/2015, we offered the customer to be able to return the faucet per our return policy. This would require the customer to pay for return shipping. To clarify, the customer purchased 2 different faucets. Once being a Designers...

Impressions model [redacted] which comes with a metal shower head. It does not state that it comes with a metal shower head, but that one does. The item this complaint is filed over is Designers Impressions 652258 Oil Rubbed Bronze Tub / Shower Combo Faucet (http://www.discounthomefurnishings.com/designers-impressions-652258-oil-rubbed-...⇄ It does not say that it comes with a metal shower head, and it doesn't. We agree that it does not state that it comes with a plastic shower head, but it also doesn't state that it comes with metal shower head. So to assume that it was coming with a metal shower head was an assumption and if this was in question, we have contact us links on every page of our website to ask questions prior to placing a purchase with us. It's not like we stated that it came with a metal shower head and sent him one that had a plastic shower head. It doesn't state either one and we will not hold any liability regarding any assumptions made by the customer beyond what was stated and advertised. The customer never stated on the phone that they would even accept returning the item and wanted us to send him the same model with a metal shower head, which does not exist from Designers Impressions. Now, in the customer's complaint, he is stating that he is willing to return if we provide a prepaid return shipping label so that he can send the plastic shower head back and us send a replacement metal shower head, which does not exist for this faucet as this faucet does not come with a metal shower head. We offered the customer to return the entire product for a full refund and we are still offering that up to March 20th, [redacted]. The customer is trying to force us to replace what was receive with something they did not purchase and send them a metal shower head, which is not included with this faucet. The site does not state it comes with a metal shower head and the customer simply made an assumption that it would. We did not mention we were sending a toy as the customer states in their complaint, however, many shower faucets come with plastic shower heads, not just this one faucet from Designers Impressions. The item received is as pictured on the site and the shower head even looks plastic in the picture of this faucet. This doesn't mean it's a toy... It's a fully functioning, accurately pictured plastic shower head.
