This is a horrible place to do business with. After I checked their website and it stated Quartz was on sale for $40 a square foot, I went in to check it out. When I got there I asked about their pricing model and picked a countertop that was the lowest price point they had an A. We took a picture of the tile to remember it luckily and asked for a quote. The quote came back much higher than we expected therefore I called in. This is where it got really bad. I asked how they got to their price and then we were told that it was a different price and letter than we were showed. So we sent them a picture of the tile with the grade A on it and they said well there was another tag on the front and it was different but I swear there was nothing. I would have asked for clarification. Anyway after basically being called a liar and told to go shop somewhere else by the rep Aimee, I asked to speak to the manager. I did get a call back but not from the manager which is a piss off in itself. The lady that did call me back was a lot more knowledgeable and nicer. With that being said she basically sat there and rattled off a list of additional charges and then proceeded to argue with me about the tile labeling and that depending on where I picked up the sample it may not be valid. I ended the conversation by explaining we would not be going forward with them and that I was not impressed with Aimee and how she handled us, new or not. As well as not being impressed with their misleading website. That is when I found out that this person I was speaking to would tell her manager so meaning I was not speaking to a manager. HORRIBLE, don't ever shop here!
