month she also paid an amount that was not equal to our estimate, and was not even equal to the amount written on the note enclosed with the payment. Sales tax was also not included for fall clean up and gutter clean up. As you can see by the attachment photo. She made her own price for clean up, and then added incorrectly as well. She even enclosed a note indicating that it may not be correct. Mowing service were never paid for to cover October. We have also never charged her a late fee even though she should have had 2 so far. We have responded to every email and phone calls.
