Discount Magazines Now

I was called about magazine subscriptionsI told by a very fast talking individual about magazines and I told him that I did now want any subscriptions whateverI then got a charge for $on my charge cardI never gave them my number but I think they got the number from a company named Pearly White which I had placed an order and evidently shared my info This is not a reputable company

My complain is exactly the same as every person who has complained about this company in the ReviewsThey have mislead me to sign up for their magazine subscriptions twice while explaining that they have reduced the price from $to $and that I only have more payments and I would not have to deal with them afterwardsThey scared me with the debt collection, sent me a debt collection letter of $which doesn't make any sense to me considering I had more payments of $Even canceling the subscription was absolutely impossible, they said I have no choice and that there was no way to help but make me pay the $$$$ amount of money I apparently owed for magazinesI never received a single month by month invoice and no emails to record what exactly I was paying forThey can't recall the employer that I spoke with when I had her name and number (which became disconnected), nor will they bring up the supposedly recorded phone calls of the employee I spoke with about these payments even though they threatened me with recorded phone calls of me agreeing to pay the subscriptionThis company has caused created so much stress for me since last April and it's been impossible to end this problem

After doing business with a company called Pearly White we received a charge on our new TJMaxx credit card which we used at Pearly White, to a company called Discount Magazines Now, Collier Blvd, Suite 201-128, Naples, FLfor the amount of $We caught it after monthly paymentsMy wife then called Discount Magazines Now and informed them we did not order magazines, we did not want them and to cancel the subscriptionThey refused to cancelWe then called TJMaxx credit card , issued by Synchrony Bank in Florida and deleted our credit card and got a new oneThey also agreed to investigate and try to get us a refundThey did get $backDiscount Magthen sent us bills on the internet.A person called from California to attempt to get us to pay at a reduced rate A person called from Virginia and said it had gone to collections and we owed $for paymentsThen he offered to let us settle for halfWe told him we didn't order anything, we don't want anything, we won't pay anythingI also mentioned Small Claims Court if they didn't stopOn reviewing the Revdex.com site we discovered complaints on the company that were all about like our complaintThis is a horrible company that should not be in business

I then got a charge for $67.50 on my charge card. I never gave them my number but I think they got the number from a company named Pearly White which I had placed an order and evidently shared my info.
This is not a reputable company.

I was contacted by an extremely fast talking individual about magazines. I stated that I was not interested, but suddenly magazines started arriving. Magazines that I would never choose to read, nor wanted!! I've received calls trying to collect several payments of $67.50, at which time I stated that I wanted this to STOP ~ no more magazines!! The individual stated that it could not be cancelled, meaning that I would have to continue to receive the unwanted magazines and paying the monthly fee of 67.50. At this point I have now received a letter from a collections agency, threatening further proceedings, including court !!!! What does it take to get these people to go away?!?!?!?
