Fraudulent company, don't expect to receive anything
BUYER BEWARE: I placed an order for a hot water heater, something you would consider an essential item, almost five months ago now and have received NOTHING. In that time frame I have sent five emails requesting information on the status of my order, four of which have been left completely ignored and the first was just a quick "we're looking into it" response which they clearly never did. The last two have even included a request for refund which it is becoming very apparent I will never see without having to take legal action.

See the red flags before you consider this company:
1) Many other reviews similar to mine (which I wish I has read before buying).
2) No phone number provided to actually speak with anyone when something goes wrong, just one unmanaged email.
This has been an absolute nightmare with no end in sight.

I placed a order for marine supplies for the amount of $187.76. The order was shipped late via UPS. When it finally was suppose to be delivered it was received at a completely different location than what is was shipped to. I contacted Discount Marine immediately but they ignored all the many emails and phone calls I made to them.
I finally contacted UPS directly.. UPS stated the package was intercepted by there FRAUD DEPT. and would not be released until Discount Marine paid what they owed to ups. I made several more attempts in emailing asking for a refund but the company (discount marine) disappeared off the face of the earth.
UPS suggested I may want to file a criminal report against them since this really is a theft.
My husband do not have much money and to have $187.76 stolen from us seems wrong and unethical.
Please do not do business with this company.

Ordered in stock product paid for expediated delivery but they ship with standard will not get for 7 days instead of 2. They only communicate by email. Can not call them so they Can just ignore responding to your emails.

Do not order anything from this site. Service sucks. Ordered an in stock product and paid for 2 day delivery. Delivery forecasted to be 7 days. Seems to be common problem charge you for expedited delivery and deliver standard delivery.

Don’t buy the wise livewell cooler seats! They shipped wrong screws , item incomplete, No space on their webpage for customer reviews of coarse which that is a dead giveaway not to do business with a place like that

Review: This transaction is an online service. The product ordered was Part no. [redacted] & [redacted]. What I received is product no. [redacted] & [redacted]. Basic description are a 4LB & 8lb anchors, and a price difference. [redacted] & [redacted] being a few dollars more. After several e-mail contacts, There was a response. Basically the information I received is the products are the same and even made in the same factory. This is not true, as far as being the same. For example the [redacted] weighs 9lbs the [redacted] weighs 8lbs.. What I have requested is a pre-paid shipping label and auth. no. I have requested this several time with no response. to this request. I was never contacted nor authorized to have these products switched.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to receive a pre paid shipping label and an authorization no. I also want a full refund on all merchandise returned and the original amount charged to my debit card.

Review: I purchased five items on 4-10-13 and failed to receive shipping and conformation for the product, so I then called to cancel after more than a week and was sent to voice mail. I then sent emails to request a phone call response to cancel this shipment due to now ordering elsewhere to complete my boat project that was on a deadline and after four or five constant emails received one saying my product was JUST shipped out. I then requested again via email to be contacted by phone to cancel this order and was never granted a response. I received the package five days later. I paid additional postage and returned product for a refund. After a week I contacted them again via phone and email inquiring on when my refund would be processed and I received no response. Since then I have made several phone calls and emails via their website and am either continuing to be sent to a voice mailbox that is never returned in call or emails that are never responded too. Today's date now being 5-17-13 I am filing this complaint and will be placing another phone call to them along with an email making another refund request.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $33.04 returned to my credit card.

Review: On Oct/24/13 I ordered Clam shell vent covers which I recieved and was happy about product But unfortunatley was too small for boat vents. I then returned back to their facility and was delivered via Fedex on 11/12/13 after numerous emails ive heard nothing till jan/2/13 when I emailed if open? I finally get a respone from a [redacted] that they are open I then email info and have heard nothing since. thier phone has been recently disconnected and they do not respond to numerous emails on website "unless" you purchase something then they respond. all I want is same product but in a bigger size , I am aware their is a price difference aswell as shipping and willing to pay for it if only someone there would contact me. ill give it a couple weeks if I hear nothing then ill just take the hit and keep my business at [redacted]. its to bad because Discount Marine Supplies was referred by a friend of mine in Arizona.Desired Settlement: replace with same product in bigger size or full replacement?

Review: Left a number of voicemails and emails about a reimbursement of shipping. I had a faulty water pump of no fault of my own and they shipped one immediately to me, while I returned shipped the bad pump. I requested a reimbursement of shipping of approximately $25. I attempted to contact them on their homepage, email, and voicemail without any response. This is extremely irresponsible to customer relationships and poor business practice. There is nothing I can do but to complain on the internet. This happened over 6 months ago and its now into 2014. This company should be held liable for faulty products.Desired Settlement: refund of shipping cost of returning the pump

Review: Placed order and received everything but 1 item. Attempted to contact them through their website with no response. Called and left messages with no response. Attempted to contact through [redacted] with no response. Company is obviously not going to attempt to right their wrong.Desired Settlement: Ship the missing item that was paid for. Provide the customer service expected from a company.

Review: I ordered Trident Marine Reinforced PVC Water Hose #TRC [redacted] - $38.94 x 3 boxes.

Discount Marine Supplies advertised this as a 'Special Offer'.

Discount Marine Supplies sent me [redacted] Hose, which I was replacing, as it is an inferior product.

I have replied through their 'Return Policy' requesting a return label and the Trident hose shipped.

I have sent emails to Discount Marine and to the [redacted] address that sent me the original shipping information.

I have called the telephone number and there has been no response to any of the above efforts to communicate.

I belatedly note many complaints similar to this related to this company on '[redacted]'.

Today I am returning the [redacted] Hose at my expense to Discount Marine Supplies.Desired Settlement: Credit my [redacted] account for the total of $126.81
