There was a miscommunication as far as the term wentIt was however, explained to Miss [redacted] before signing contracts that the term was in fact, months at 2.89% and not 0%The agreement she signed prior to sitting with [redacted] was a purchase and sales that had the price listed at $24, That price never changedThere was never a contract signed stating 0%That would've resulted in a payment of $as opposed to the $for months [redacted] explained this and gave the option multiple times to back out of the deal if Miss [redacted] was not comfortable after the mistake [redacted] then spent roughly 40-minutes with Miss [redacted] as she decided to purchase an additional Vehicle Service AgreementThere is no further action the dealer can take at this point

The purchase and sales signed by Miss [redacted] stated both the vehicle cost as well as the travalueShe was also given the opportunity to back out of the deal after being informed of our error [redacted] also gave Miss [redacted] the option to NOT sign any paperwork until the following day to take hours to think it overThere was no pressure applied to move forwardThe contract stated months at the interest rate earlier statedMiss [redacted] never signed a contract that stated 0% at a payment of $per month at any time through the process

The salesperson refused to discuss hard figures on the Car and on the vehicle I was trading in, he would only speak to me about my monthly payment during the processHe said things like "what would it matter how much we took off the car or how much I gave back for the trade in if we can get your payments where you want them." He specifically stated that my payments would be $for yrsI then asked him what the price of the car was, and he did the math and said it was roughly $18,after my trade in and taxes were factored in and that I got a great dealI agreedYes, the paper I signed did state that the car was $24,000, but I was under the assumption that they were giving me more money for my trade in vehicle to get the payments to where he told me they would be.Then, after signing all the papers, which I did under the assumption I would be paying $for years, *** asked me to sign a paper that would allow me to finance at percent and that is when I questioned why I would need to finance at when my rate was He then told me APR is only available for year loans and that's when I realized the price had changed since my conversation with ***While I was thinking about whether to proceed, *** kept advising me how long after close we were at the officeHe told me "other dealerships would try to make you feel guilty about this" implying I was holding everyone up and pushed for me to make a decision on the auto and advised that I had already signed all the papersI felt pressured into making a quick decisionHowever, *** did advise that he would hold the deal until the next day and honor that deal at that time but at that point I felt it would be a lot more work and frustration to back out of the deal after having signed all the paperwork as I technically owned the vehicle I feel the tactics to get me to agree to a deal, and then pressuring me to stick with a deal that I had never originally agreed to were at the very least, highly unethical. No one had reached out to me after multiple attempts to get this resolved except my sales person, ***, who advised his hands were tied and I would need to speak to an unreachable manager in order to have any resolution on thisAfter I have filed a complaint, and the Revdex.com reached out to the dealership has anyone reached out to me, and it still was not the General Manager *** advised would be following up

This issue has been resolved and customer is satisfied

The LE model is not equipped with the heated outside mirror optionIt was not stated that the vehicle had the heated outside mirrorsThe Monroney label for this vehicle, which the customer received a copy of, also did not state that the vehicle had this optionJust that it had the power outside
mirror optionThe offer of $a month for the XLE is higher than the current payment on the LE because the XLE is a more expensive vehicleThere is no further action that can be taken by the dealer at this time

You responded:"we were able to determine that upon your second visit to the dealership, you had changes made to the dealDue to these changes surrounding the concern of monthly payments..." I had concerns because what was supposed to be just under $350/mo had turned into $400/mo.Dealership responded: "At this time, the lower payoff was then included in order to help with your payment relief, allowing us to secure the lowest rate for your requested term." To avoid deceptive practices I should have been made aware that the payoff amount was updated and lower, especially considering of your employees (including the one I was dealing with) were keenly aware that I was expecting a refund AND it was MY money that made it lower, not dealership money. I should have been made aware that more of my money was going into the dealI was never asked and I was never notifiedAnd putting more money into the deal had nothing to do with securing the lowest rate for my requested term.Dealership responded "The dealership benefitted in no way by doing so therefore there is no further action the dealer can take." Absolutely the dealership benefittedIt agreed to pay 23,to pay off my vehicleApril 1st I put a $deposit in place securing the terms of my deal which included a payoff of the amount stated. Instead it paid only 23,and used my money for the difference. I am due a refund and will seek more assistance through the Attorney General's office if necessary

The customer requested a term of months to pur*** her formerly leased Toyota RAVmonths is not a standard loan term for a vehicleIn order to best comply with Ms *** request to lower her monthly payment we sent her to the banks to review her loan
These requests were all done on the same day as her initial credit checkThe credit scoring companies allow for consumers to shop for their best rates within a short period of time without any additional impact since this is in the customers best interestThe requests to each lender would count as one hard check since they were all completed in a short time frame (the same day)

After looking further into your concern, we were
able to determine that upon your second visit to the dealership, you had
changes made to the dealDue to these changes surrounding the concern of
monthly payments, additional money was put down in the form of a cash deposit
At this time, the
lower payoff was then included in order to help with your
payment relief, allowing us to secure the lowest rate for your requested term. The dealership benefitted in no way by doing so therefore there is no further action the dealer can take
