I am rejecting this response because:The boxspring and mattress I received was not in plastic and the company used to deliver the mattress is an independent contractor that uses their truck for other purposesAdditionally, this company loans out mattresses to their
customers when they do not have a mattress in stock"Loaning" out mattresses to customers is another health issue because bed bugs can be transmitted when loaning mattresses to others and the selling the same product once it has been returned.

Review: On Tuesday September 16th the delivery man for Discount Mattress and Furniture Outlet said that this is my mattress that I ordered. I explained to the man that this was the wrong mattress. After 20 min of convincing him that they bought me the incorrect mattress, he apologized and said to me that they will have to deliver me the correct mattress on Friday September 19, 2014. I spoke with a Kwame, the store owner . He said that he would give me a 10% credit and take off the $79 delivery fee for the mess up. While the delivery men was transporting the incorrect mattress out of my house they knocked a light out in the ceiling and did not fix the light.On Saturday September 20th I called Kwame because my mattress did not feel like the mattress in the store. I made a call to Kwame stating that I did not think that the mattress in the store was the same mattress that was delivered to me. Kwame told me that he could not do anything until Monday because [redacted] was closed until Monday.On Monday September 22, 2014 I went into the store to take another look at the floor model and Kwame showed me the mattress tag. He indicated that everything on the floor model should be the exact same as the mattress that was delivered to my home. When I went home, I checked the tags and there was a difference in the material in the mattress as well as a difference in the weight of the mattress. I spoke back with Kwame explaining the issue.I spent the entire day on September 22, 2014, trying to rectify this situation. I have called Kwame several times and got no answer. I went up to his business three times today, in which the business was closed. When I went back to speak with Kwame he was in the store and told me that he was closed. I said I am here to rectify the situation of you selling me the incorrect mattress. He told me to come back at 4p. When I came back to discount mattress, Kwame was not trying to help me. He said I signed the contract. He said the mistake was not on him.Desired Settlement: I would like to return this mattress to Discount Matress, for this is not the same mattress I ordered. I also want out of the contract because of wrong merchandise. I would like to be refunded fully on all monies I paid for this mattress. $440.00.

Review: After purchasing a mattress and platform bed on February 1, 2014, The part of the bed holding the mattress completely collapsed. I contacted the business the following day and I was given the run around after explaining the issue with my furniture. I spoke with three- four different sales associates, they informed me that the only person who could assist me in this manner was the manager. After finally peaking with the manger who infirmed me that he would have to call me back which he did not. I just want to get my bed fixed, replaced, or refunded for the bed.Desired Settlement: Either replace my bed or refund me for the entire cost.
