The initial problem occurred when their subcontractor delivered the wrong productNo where on their website do they inform the customer that the delivery window is not guaranteed or that the item purchased is not guaranteed to be deliveredWho has accountability for the wrong product being delivered, causing the ripple effect of a poor effort from all parties responsible on making sure what was purchased was in fact delivered without causing the customer undue hardshipTheir website does claim that they provide awesome service, in this case, advertising

They have not resolved this issue with me at all. I asked them to take back the mattress and provide a refund as they took 9 weeks to replace it and in that time I had to go out and buy a different mattress. So NOW I am stuck with a mattress I don't need because they didn't sort it out quick enough. They think by finally replacing the mattress they have 'fixed' the issue but they haven't. I'm still stuck with a mattress I do not need or want because of their ineptitude. Therefore they need to come and collect the mattress (that is unopened and in its plastic) and provide a refund. This is the only way this issue is going to be resolved.
