There was no indication that the items not received were back ordered. Two months to issue a refund for products not received is a completely unreasonable time frame and no effort to resolve this has been shown. I have failed to receive responses to emails and phone calls on numerous occasions. Whether I am a wholesale or retail customer still does not change the fact that no resolution has been made. My efforts to resolve this have been unsuccessful, so I feel a third party complaint to resolve this is warranted.
