This company send out those junk faxes to businesses without getting permission according to the law Any company who up front disregards the law could not be much for doing RIGHT AFTER you have done business with them
I ordered some TENS supplies from Discount Medical Supplies and was told to expect my order in about a week At the end of that week I received an email from a lady in Florida with my same name - the shipment had gone to her after going to other Florida address and Texas adddresses She had reported this to the company and asked for a UPS pick up authorization, so they were aware of the issue
They missed opportunities to retain a satisfied customer First they did not bother to let me know that my shipment would be delayed by another week and second, when I asked them to make things right by sending out another shipment via day service and not charge me for the shipment, they declined Instead, I received an apology and the offer to refund the shipping charges,
In my customer service related career, at no time would this have been acceptable !
Everyone makes mistakes, the measure of a company is what they do to remedy the mistake In my opinion, Discount Medical Supply failed miserably I have found another supplier and plan to refuse the package when it arrives tomorrow I wonder how long I will have to wait for my refund
I just wanted to take the time to write about a positive experience I recently had with Discount Medical SuppliesI had attended a local caregiver conference in FtLauderdale , FL They must have been a sponsor or vender attending the conference and I approached their both regarding a tens unit for my husband that suffers from back pain The nice gentleman at the booth showed me how to go online, find a tens unit that would work, and assisted me in placing the orderI'm not that computer savvy and generally don't order things from onlineWe received the tens at home within days, and had a couple questions on how to use so I just called themGot right thru and spoke to a *** that could not of been any sweeterShe was great and my husband has used the tens almost every day sinceit works great and I just wanted to do something nice in returnHope this helps!! and thanks to that gentleman in FtLauderdale and to *** in customer service

An infra red wand and 2 knee straps .
None of those item was what I expected .
So contact the costumer service to get my "Return Approval " Tag .
To be told that based on their policy they were not returnable item .
Witch did not make since to me cause none of those items are considered HYGIENIC products!!!!
Basically IF YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM THAT COMPANY YOU BETTER LIKE IT BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS PRETTY MUCH UNDER THE NONE REFUNDABLE POLICY.!!!! BE AWARE! !!!
