I ordered several items on a Saturday and paid for two day delivery One item did not come in until Wednesday and several days later I received an email that the rest of the order was a special delivery and would not arrive or another 7-days I did not get a return of the shipping until I called and they did not acknowledge that there had been any kind of wrong doing on their part Rather than refunding the money for the shipping for the entire order they gave me a partial refund on the backordered items I would not use this company again under any circumstances I needed the items for my father's return from a rehab center Had I been informed on the day I ordered that they would not be there in time, I would have found another place to purchase them
