With the miles the truck had and the year model. It is unreasonable to assume that the truck would be perfect. Im sorry that you feel like you were cheated. Like I said...We are a wholesale opperation that operates on thin margins in order to provide our customers with the best price possible. We can not and will not make adjustments after the sale. An independent inspection and a warranty would have avoided this problem. All vehicles are sold AS/IS. Regards

I am rejecting this response because: Dear Discount Motors. I cannot argue or disagree with any of your points in your last reply, however, you are still not replying to my original issue which was the broken driver side mirror which [redacted] said he would fix and the missing spare tire and floor mats which your ad clearly indicated were included. When I called and texted to discuss those points, I could not get any kind of a response from anyone. That is what upsets me the most. You didn't guarantee I wouldn't need to replace any parts, but your ad did say spare tire and floor mats. And [redacted] did say he would fix the mirror. Even if someone had just replied to me, the Revdex.com would not be involved. I spent $36.37 on a used spare tire, $70.00 on a rim, $30.00 for floor mats and $36.88 on another mirror. Yes, I have spent close to $1000 on other issues that were not warrantied and I understand you will not be reimbursing me for those and why should you? But the items that should be covered amount to $173.25. Thanks in advance for your consideration.

vehicles are sold "AS IS" However, All of our customers are offered a repair service policy that pays for any repairs after the sale. Regrettably Mr. [redacted] DECLINED this policy because he ordered his own inspection of the vehicle. It is unfortunate that the vehicle has failed. It is also unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] does not take any personal responsibility. It is our position that any complaints or grievances should be directed towards the company that Mr. [redacted] hired to inspect his truck. Thank you. [redacted]
