Complaint1. Discount motors llc[redacted] XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX2. I bought the car from this place Feb 3 2016. After getting he car I had an issue with the paper work. I spoke with [redacted] (owner) and asked about canceling the contract. He said he would do it but will call with a time and date. He never gave me a call even after going to the lot He gave me the run around. Just two days ago I went to the lot to speak with him because now the car is having mechanical problems. I asked him over the phone if he could cancel the contract again, fix the problem or give me another car. He said come to the lot and we would figure it out. When I got there he was gone and some man there said he told him to call the police on me and he was the one who told me to come.3. I just want to cancel the contract so me and my co signer won't owe a balance. I have no problem voluntary giving the car back. I been trying to give the car back since I had it. I bought a car from discount motors. I haven't had the car for 30days and I told the men who sold me the car about the problems I was having. 11/27/15 I bought a black 4dr. 2006 Nissan Altima [redacted] account number XXXXXXXX from discount motors not knows there was going to be a problem with the car I was purchasing. I was not informed that the car I was purchasing had an oil leak, the batter cable piece was broken, the back door on the right wouldn't lock automatically, the brakes is in bad shape, and the tires sometimes slide while its raining. I called and told hi about the problem I was having with the car , I drove up to discount motors witch I say 20/30 minutes away from to talk to him about the problem in person. I asked to trade the car the told me he couldn't do it , he told me to call credit acceptance and they had to approve it. I called them they told me he the only one make that decision all he had to do is just fax over the paper work. I told him what they said he told me to go pay his mechanic to tell me was wrong with the car and have his to call him. on 12/31/15 at 11:03 pm my car motor locked and parts start falling off the car while I was on the interstate. I called him and left a messaged on his phone as soon as it happened. I called him again on 01/01/2016 and told him about my car he tolded me (he sell the cars like he buy them he don't work on cars he just sell them)Desired SettlementI just wonted a different car or my money back
