pressure test. On the second visit, we determined that the problem was not in the main drain as initially thought, but was from 25 holes that were in the liner. The liner was patched at that time and we began filling the pool. I talked with Jodi today and told her what we know about the situation. We have credited for 2 hours of labor from the initial call date when the main drain line was incorrectly diagnosed. The remaining labor from that day was for the initial opening of the pool, including pumping off and cleaning the cover, de-winterizing equipment, and pumping down the remaining water in the pool to complete the repairs that were done on the second visit. I believe from that conversation that the issue has been resolved satisfactorily from the perspective of both parties. If that is not the case we invite the customer to discuss it further with us.
