This has to be the worst review that anyone can postI've stayed in dirty hotels and have had bad service but being verbally abused by a grown man, with my hard earned money in his hand, who is the "owner" of this company, takes the gold medal of the worst of the worstI speak with all honesty when I say, this man, Tom, is not right in the headThe amount of anger and unprofessionalism that flowed out of him was crazyAll because I thought the bill was excessive and I wanted to discuss itI was called a thief, my husband was called a liar, I was told to shave my mustache and the "f" word was used repeatedlyIt was comical, as this middle aged man, in his unkempt ways and rusty work van, drove out of my drivewayAs horrible as the experience was, I hope that none of you reading this will give him the opportunity to treat you the sameThere are plenty of professional plumbers out thereBeware of this one
