We ask customers contact us by email, we had not received an email thus did not see the customer had contacted us We have issued a full refund for the item

The merchant has refunded my money after opening the Revdex.com complaint.The merchant says they "prefer email"They
have a prevalent system on there own website for sending messages attached to an order which they direct users toI can provided screenshots of this communicationI do not agree with the "we prefer email" excuse
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
