This is my response to the complaint regarding the work done at *** *** *** by *** *** who is not a customer.I never had a contract with her or any conversation with her regarding the project.On August 10,2016, I met with Mr*** *** *** regarding a certain work to be done at
his houseHe wanted to replace the existing carpet and vinyl tile with hardwood floorTo perform the job as requested, we need to remove the old carpet and so with the existing vinyl tile We also need to remove all the furnitures and beds and other household items in the rooms Included in the contract is dumping the old carpet and vinyl tile and clean up on the areas involved.To perform
these work alone, I have to hire
contract labor to complete and clean the areas (rooms and hallway) so we can install the hardwood floor that Mr*** picked Enclosed is a copy of the receipt of the materials that we used for Mr***'s houseAside from these materials,we needed also someother materials, supplies and tools to installthe hardwood floor There were people who worked on this projectand was done for days Labor is far more than materials and we are all aware of this, especially if you are a homeowner.The $for all the work that was done, including paintingthe living room wall is low.IfMr*** can get a bid or proposalfrom other Contractor for a lower price for the kind of work that was done at his addressabove, I am willingto refund the difference.In conclusion, I can honestly say that I have never taken other people's money especially the elderlyhave been in business for so many years and never had a complaint regarding my work ethicsI can name many customers who are satisfied with the work that I performed
