The heater was under a manufactures warranty The heater core had to be sent to raypack due to the unbalanced pool chemistry to get approved, which was explained to the customer when the issue started I was able to get a new heater for Mr*** Everything seems to be in good standing.ThanksBrandon A [redacted]
