Discount Shuttle

Review: I prepaid with Discount Airport Shuttle to take me to/from the [redacted] airport to my hotel in [redacted]. They brought me to the hotel but did not pick me up for my return trip, even after I confirmed twice! (I confirmed 24 hours before, but they didn't seem to have my information, even though I provided it and received a confirmation. So I called two hours before my flight and was told the driver was on the way. I called several more times and always received voicemail.) I had to pay for a cab at a cost of close to $** and barely made my flight. I have left a message since returning home and they are still refusing to return my call or to reimburse me.

I wish to file a complaint so other people do not have to go through this stress and frustration.Desired Settlement: I desire a refund for the contracted about of $* plus reimbursement of my cab fare of $** including tip.
