I have been using this company for yearsI recently had them do some repair work on a rental propertyThe tech came out and called me Saturday morning to advise the timer needed to be replacedI was advised that if I authorized the repair while he was there the total cost before tax would be $
Later that day, I received an invoice for an alternate amountThe amount now was $+ tax
I emailed *** *** one of the owners and she said I was wrong and went on to tell me how their techs are paidNone of which was of my concernShe was so proud of their work and said that the amount I was charged was correct and she would not honor the phone quoteAs a long time customer, I can't believe that they would allow $to come between a business relationship
I warn anyone that gets work done by them to get it in writing because if there is a discrepancy they will say you are the one that is wrong!

Before we to Mr [redacted] rental property I emailed him and made it clear this was not a free diagnostic and what are hourly rate was and I prefer he be there to make any decisions needed for repair so not to have any miscommunication on the job. He was not there and My tech was able to reach him by...

phone and discussed the problems he found and what was needed in order to continue with repair. The total invoice is $341.73.  To keep customer happy we  reduced invoice to $300.00 as he wished and left emails and phone messages and have had no response and have not received payment at this time. He has been a customer for 3 years and we were hesitate scheduling a repair with him because on many service calls he would always complain about the cost.
