Discount Tire

I purchase new tires August 2019. When they were installed I immediately noticed that my car was driving bad but was pressed for time and hoped it would resolve after a few miles. I have revisited discount three times in the last 2 months. Every time they refuse to even drive my car to see what the issue is. My car is so bumpy that babies nor Elders can ride in my car because it is too painful from all the turbulence. The only thing discount says is that the tires are cheap but why are they even selling tire that will make someone's car drive like this? They expect me to buy new tires when these are only 3 months old. I will never buy from discount again. Warranties are crap and expensive and worthless

Employee named Lorenzo was very condescending and patronizing throughout the process of checking my flat and remaining tires. He had an attitude throughout the process and tried to (as almost all Discount Tire locations do) up-sell me to replace all four tires instead of just the flat tire - citing that since the vehicle was AWD that they all should be replaced. I also did not want to wait an hour and forty five minutes for one tire to be replaced. Went to another business that confirmed the remaining tires still had enough tire tread left. Will not be going to any Discount Tire locations in the future because of the experience at this one.

Around July the 4,2017 I went to my local Discount Tire store to buy a new set of tires.I was told of an special offer,in which, if I purchased four{4} new tires and used a certain financial plan I would receive two{2} Visa gift cards. One for seventy-five dollars{$75.00} and another for sixty dollars{$60.00}. I purchased the tires and was given a receipt showing my purchase. IT instructed me to go on the internet to fill my claim. This I did and was informed I needed to wait 30 to 45 days for my gift cards to arrive. After two months I went back to the local store to ask what was the problem. I was given a toll free phone number to call{1-866-892-8078}. I explain my concern about the delay in receiving my gift cards and was told to fax to them copies of my receipt and to wait 7 to 10 business day for the gift cards to arrive. I have call them several times to try to get this fixed. Each time I was given a new excuse like "you know the US MAIL is slow,it's in the mail,it was sent to the wrong address" and my favorite" you may have mistaken the letter for junk mail and throw it out". They never dispute my claim,they just never honor their part of the agreement.

On 08-17-2017 I purchased 4 new tires for my car and realized when I got home discount tire had left one of my hub caps off I called the store and talked to the assistant manager name (Jose) and he told me to come by the next day and get it when I returned the next day they couldn't find it and offered to order me another one.A week went by I called and spoke to Jose he told me he ordered it he would track it and call me back.I never heard from him. I called on 8-26 -2017 and spoke to Charlie the store manager he guaranteed me it was ordered and he would call me as soon as it came it.Its going on one month and I still haven't heard are received my hub cap.I have never purchased tires from anyone other than discount tire my entire life but I will never purchase another tire from them after this incident.
