[redacted] HelloSorry for the experience you hadYou purchased a used tireWe check all used tires prior to selling the tire and after we sell and install the tireIt is a used tire so some leaks do not appear until the weight of the vehicle is on the tireVery small chanceBut when you drove on the tire while it was flat it cut into the side wallThat is why AAA told you its a bad tireWhen we installed it those marks were not on the side wallWe wouldn't have purchased a tire like that let alone sell itWe give a warranty with all used tires we sellWe just ask that the customer doesn't ride on it while it flat so it doesn't ruin the tire like it didAs far as the lug nuts go, we hand screw all lug nutsThank you

[redacted] Hello. Sorry for the experience you had. You purchased a used tire. We check all used tires prior to selling the tire and after we sell and install the tire. It is a used tire so some leaks do not appear until...

the weight of the vehicle is on the tire. Very small chance. But when you drove on the tire while it was flat it cut into the side wall. That is why AAA told you its a bad tire. When we installed it those marks were not on the side wall. We wouldn't have purchased a tire like that let alone sell it. We give a warranty with all used tires we sell. We just ask that the customer doesn't ride on it while it flat so it doesn't ruin the tire like it did. As far as the lug nuts go, we hand screw all lug nuts. Thank you.

for the inconvenience. the sign does say *$14.95 for the oil changes, that is correct, but prior to all oil changes we ask the customers if they brought their own oil because if not it $28 for us to do the oil change with up to 5 quarts and an oil filter. sorry for any inconvenience.
