Review: In March 2014 I brought my 2004 Mazda Tribute in to get brake line repair along with brakes and rotors in the front. They charged me $450 telling me they also replaced the rear shoes which I later found out they never did. They also only replaced one brake line leaving the other one broken. My front brakes pulse every time I step on the brakes along with the steering wheel shaking. I have brought the car back to them multiple times with them in return telling me I need to pay again for labor and to leave because he does not want to speak with me. He also told me that I can not bring the car in whenever I want that I need to leave the car there with him. Every time I call or go there he says he ordered the parts when in reality he never does and gives me a hard time. All I want is for him to take responsibility for installing defective rotors and pads, for lying that he did installed rear shoes when he never did and to just fix the issue or at least give me the parts so I can go elsewhere to get my car fixed. I believe the safety of the customer is worth much more then a dollar amount. This has been ongoing for months now and is very frustrating along with the fact that he never gave me a receipt due to a cash payment and that they don't "keep a paper trail."Desired Settlement: If he is not willing to repair my car then I would like a refund
