Review: I've been trying to contact someone in administration finally talking to a corporate manager and he suggests I take my car to get the engine steam cleaned, that is not helping the fact that they put a junkyard engine in my car without my permission and was given no warranty. It has oil leaks, power steering leak,& water leak. We played for many new parts n they weren't put on.Desired Settlement: Replace the junkyard engine for one with a 1 yr/ 12k warranty.

Review: I needed to replace one of my rear run-flat tires. It was the first time I had to use that type of service. I decided to buy 2 new tires to avoid unbalance. First, it took forever to replace them, I came to the shop at 2 pm and got the car back at 7 pm. Around 4 pm I went inside the shop and saw 3 employees working on one of the tires and it was visible that they were having a really hard time taking the tire off the rim. The manager R[redacted] said they didn't have the right equipment to deal with run-flats. Right away, I feared for the rim as they were using metallic rods to try to separate the tire from the rim. After getting the car back, I cleaned the rims and inspected them: one of them had deep scratches that seemed to have been polished off in an attempt to make them less obvious. I messaged the manager and he said he will replace my damaged rim free of cost. He said he placed the order and I didn't hear from him for ca. 1 month. I called back and talked to a different person, who had no idea about my case and asked me to drop by, took all my information to see what happened to the order. A week later, as I didn't hear back from him, I called and yet another employee answered the phone, saying the 2 previous managers do not work here anymore and he would call back with information. He did not so I called back the next day, and he tells me I have to come to the shop again so he can take my information again. Then I am told by him that I have to bring my car in and leave it overnight at the shop so they can put a new wheel. It seemed bizarre so I asked more questions. After a few minutes, he tells me that in fact, my wheel will be taken to a repair shop and fixed but not replaced. I asked to talk to the regional manager. He (George) said that I could only get what I had before, which means a wheel in good condition that is three years old. I saw the wheel today at the shop and it was a fake or a very bad fix, looked repaired as well in a very bad way. I did not have it replace the original.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my damaged wheel replaced by an original BMW wheel without any repairs or any defects, and for the trouble they put me through, I want that wheel to be brand new as a compensation. I want to see the paperwork that the wheel originated from a certified BMW dealer. If they cannot do that, I want to do it myself and they cover the cost.
