Discount Tire Co. of Utah

Recently headed into discount tires in Clinton Utah on the 13th of January. My sole purpose there was to get new tires on my personal vehicle. Just as they pulled it into the bay I moved seats so that I could watch them work on the vehicle, As the lift they were using would not completely work with my vehicle due to car parts hanging below the belly of the vehicle they had to use metal blocks on the lift to clear those parts. As they lift it in the air moments later the car feel approx 2.5 to 3 feet from what I can see if not more, and hit the ground hard ripping of panels on the driver side, damaging the rim, and possibly more pending the auto body being able to work on the vehicle. At this moment the bill stands to be an estimate of $840.00 possibly more pending the repairs. The stress of having to deal with the sight of my vehicle dropping and the duress of having to deal with all the repairs and combating the insurance companies and rental car place has left an amount of unrest. Also later finding that Marc Kemp may have lied on the loss information sheet by stating there was ice in the bay but having picture that the bay was dry. Also has changed his story twice on how the incident has occurred.

I went to discount tire to buy a new set of tires. After completion I noticed a dent in the side of my truck above the drivers side rear wheel. I have filed a claim and had pictures taken at there location. I kept calling and asking what was taking so long and they said they havent recieved pictures till today. 2 months later and refuse to fix it and they say there is no way they did it. I want my dent fixed in my new truck.
