We are not able to find any recent history on this customer since 2013. We have tried looking up the information in our store system using the customer name and callig the numbers on file and have not had any success reaching the customer. Please have the customer contact us by phone at
###-###-#### or ask customer to leave a contact number for us to resolve he situation

Discount Tire has been in contact with Mr [redacted].  We ar refunding him for the entie amount of his purchase and we beleive this matter to be resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:The issue is not resolved yet, because the check has not been received.  I spoke to the manager on 15 June 2016 and he said he would send the check, but there has not been time for that to happen.  I cannot agree the issue is resolved until the check is received.

The plan for rectifying the situation is to reimburse the customer 100% of his purchase price. Also, because of the inconvenience we are allowing the customer to keep the wheels and tires that are on his Nissan Titan. The store is contacting the customer today, November 11, 2014, to get the Car Care...

I am rejecting this response because: Discount Tire response is not adequate.  Discount Tire does not have to respond again.  It is clear that you do not intend to honor your commitment.  When I purchased my tires you committed to 10 year service -- not 10 year "time frame"  And what is that time frame?  2 months or 2 years or 4 years shy of 10 years?  As an owner of tires purchased from you ALMOST 10 years ago, I am clearly ready for a new set in the "near term". (2 months or 2 years or 4 years).  Yet you have lost a customer, and maybe others.  I have 3 autos, a large extended family and an army of friends, neighbors  and acquaintances.  Now, they don't love you either.

Customer has been contacted to resolve complaint ID# [redacted].

An executive called this week and there was no answer.  He wasn't able to leave a voice mail since it wasn't set up yet.  Please have the customer return our call at [redacted].

The customer has been contacted and the issue has been resolved.

The store manager has submitted a claim with our corporate office and our claims department will be in contact with the customer so that an adjuster can take a look at the vehicle.

make sure the customer received her [redacted] gift card Rebates. The rebate cards have been sent out on three different occasions to accommodate our customer. The rebate center informed me that [redacted] has received the [redacted] gift cards and they have already been spent. If for some reason the customer has not received the rebate gift cards to please call [redacted] so we might continue to attempt to accommodate her. I called and left a message, Friday 6/24, for [redacted] to make sure that she received the [redacted] gift cards.  In lieu of the cards being  received and spent, Its our assumption this issue has been resolved and [redacted] has been taken care of. [redacted]Discount Tire [redacted]
