Review: I bought 8 tires from this company- 4 summer and 4 winter (snow). These are each on eight separately mounted rims (permanently).

They told me they would swap them out each season (twice a year).

When I called to have it done yesterday, they would not make an appointment with me.

They told me that while they would not make an appointment, they were not busy at the time.

I went to have it done and was told it would not take long.

I waited almost an hour and asked again, they told me sometime but could not say when.

When I asked again and said I had been waiting almost an hour and half, I was told that I had only waited 80 minutes.

After experiencing be lied to three separate times, waiting an inordinate amount of time, being treated rudely, I finally gave up and left.

The sole reason I bought all of these tires (approx. $1,200.00) was the company's representation to me that they would be happy to switch these over each season, that their customers found this a great convenience to have done, that the service is trouble free, and that they would get it done in a timely fashion.

Having experienced the actual product and service, I find that these were direct misrepresentations designed to get my money but that there was no intention to provide these services in the manner describe.Desired Settlement: I believe I was misled. I was forced to arrange to have the service done by someone else. I will no have to pay to have this done each season fro the lifetime of these tires. I have no reason not to believe that if I continue to try and work with these people, I will keep running into the same misrepresentations.
