Review: defective sidewall cracked perilli tires they sold me, bill wright toyota bakersfield ca & the americas tire tech told me they need to be replaced too On americas tire recomendation we bought 4 perilli radial tires size 215 / 65 / 16 centurato model on 5 / 20 / 2009 at 16,543 mile mark, the salesman told us these are the best & safest tire available..we rotated & balanced the tires every 5000 miles as they suggested, Ive had a vibration over the last 10,000 miles & I told them however they told me its road noise..as a disabled speech impaired quadreplegic & a certified mechanic I knew it was more than they said so like an it I didnt & was unable to press the situation...we had a tire go flat in a parking lot AAA put the spare on & we took the van back to our americas tire store where they checked why the tire was flat, I watched as they inspected all the tires looking, spinning them on my van for what seemed a long time..all tires were taken off my van & inspected them all again..after awhile a salesman came into your waiting room w/bad news, all of your tires need to be replaced because of irregular wear..he said that my van needed a 4 wheel alignment w/4 new shock absorbers & that the extended warranty we bought from them would not cover them..we bought only 2 new perilli tires for $284 because we couldnt afford 4..I googled perilli tire complaints only to find that this exact problem along w/cracked sidewalls is happening world wide..Took my van the next day to bill wright toyota for a 40k mile svc & told them about my tire problems & asked them to check the aligment & shock absorbers were fine but that the 2 tires we didnt replace were in an unsafe condition & should be replaced..Ive been cheated & lied too..Desired Settlement: refund my $285 & replace all 4 tires w/toyo tires
