Review: I went there to have a tire put on and they broke off one of my studs and refuse to replace it

I purchased a used tire from Discount Tire and Complete Auto Service located at 1300 N Carpenter rd. in Modesto CA. They put the tire on and broke a stud. They are refusing to replace my stud. When I asked him to he said, "oh, just be careful." When I called them to talk to them they told me, "they are the wrong studs." However it is unsafe to drive without it and I am suppose to be able to take my car home in the same condition with the same amount of studs I came there with. This was on 9-28-2013 at around 3PM. My vehicle is a 1995 Chevy Blazer. I paid 25.00. Their phone number is (XXX)XXX-XXXXDesired Settlement: I want the stud replaced at no cost to me.

the customer she cam by and ask us for a used tire we did sold her a used tire for 25$

and we start working on moving the wheel off the blazer and we see the the wheel have a wrong luge nuts on ther and we ask the customer she say the tire fall off the car coble a days a go and she have some one fix it and but it bake together (look like she did that at home some wer but not at a shop) I say that bec they have but the rung luge nuts on that wheel and force the lug nut in so wen remove it off its going to strep off bec its not the right lug nut and we told her that and she say its fine ontel she gat home and her dad call me and he say if you give her a lug not or we going to call Revdex.com on you and all>>>>>.>

but she did not ask us to replace it like she say on her complaint and I dont think we get to replace that for free bec its not our fault if some budy did not do ther work right

and we have that consumer at the shop like 6or7 months a go and I sold her a used tire and her card was diclined and she went and gat cash and she pay for the tire and after 2 or 3 days later she cam bake and say the we charged her 2 or 3 times out off her card I told her to get the bank statment and if that haping im willing to give you a full refund but she did not came bake bec they knw we did not charge them they just trying to get money for free.
