During the last year, we have needed roadside assistance twiceIn both instances, Discount Towing & Recovery (and the same driver!) was sent to our aid Not only was he prompt, but his attitude was the best and service above and beyond! We highly recommend these people and won't hesitate to call on them if we need help again!

The woman who runs the office at the beach location is by far the rudest..most unprofessional,..inconsiderate human being I have ever encounteredShe has absolutely no customer service skills and find antagonism the only way to communicateShe is even unwilling to give driving directionsI would not allow her to empty trashIf she is so miserable in her position she needs to find another job, preferably under a rock!
