We booked a trip through Discount Travel Shop ( [redacted] ) in September of 2012 for September 2013 to Hawaii. For a full year we were put on pins and needles whether we even actually had a trip and were not scamed out of our life savings for this trip. We paid half plus the airline a year ahead and the rest six months ahead of time.Any time we asked for something to show or for any information we were given the run around. What should have been a time of excitement and anticipation was a year turned to uncertainity and anguish. We finally got our trip but we had to go day by day with instructions what was next. We didn't plan on paying $8,850.00 for a scavenger hunt. We didn't know where we were staying untill we got off the plane and everyday went the same way. When we got to Kona to rent a Harley that was included in our package they wouldn't accept her credit card and we were asked to use ours for taxi ride and Harley ride and would be reimbursed. We have sent [redacted] numerous messages for reimbersment as we were promised and have recieved nothing but excuses for two months since we have been back. We would like you and anyone who plans on using her to know the way she operates as a " travel agent " We would never recomend her.We only went along and didn't file a complaint for the year prior is because we felt we had no choice and had to take what we could get out of her since she had our money and we had nothing to show. Thank you and any assistance would be appreciated if you can get her to reply.Desired SettlementWe would like back in cash what we paid out of our pocket which we were promised. We paid a total of $197.44 for Taxi and rental of Harley Davidson at Kona Harley Davidson. Also would like back $182.00 for rental of a Harley Davidson at Kawaii Harley Davidson which we decided not to do as we had to pay for this also as they would not accept her card. These fees were included in what we paid in full way before we went on our trip.

My new husband and I booked our honeymoon from [redacted] in May 2013 fully paid for it and received and itinerary which included hotels, air, car rental and Motorcycle rental. We had nothing but problems, some stuff booked some stuff not, phone disconnected from on line company we booked through, only able to reach contact "[redacted]" through text messages to try to resolve none payment. We paid over $3,000 for a trip and every step of the way there have been problems and no bookings, etc to date it has cost us an additional $2525.00 to continue our honeymoon. " [redacted]" no longer responds to texts and according to the [redacted] dealer in [redacted] she has done this many times before. Do NOt Use them Under any circumstances!! They operate under [redacted] and [redacted], there [redacted] says they are connected with a cruise line this is a lie.Product_Or_Service: TravelDesired SettlementI would like the money we paid refunded, less the funds she paid. Which would be 1 interisland flight from [redacted] to [redacted], 1 car rental on [redacted] and 3 nights stay at the [redacted] Beach Hotel in [redacted]. We would like $2,525.08 refunded or proof of payment.
