Business indicated a non authorized *** installer installed the customer's roof There isn't a warranty because of the non-authorized dealer *** sent Friendly Enterprises out to look at the situation There were some issues and he told them he wouldn't warrant
the roof In an effort to help the customer, *** agreed to pay the shingles if the customer paid the labor of $3, *** told the customer to pay Friendly Enterprises directly After this was agreed upon, the customer was saying she had issues with her shed and metal and wanted that covered as well Neither Friendly or *** is going to take care of this

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There remains metal work that needs completed on this roof as I have texts sent to me as of June 2, 2015 from Gordon F[redacted] with Friendly Enterprises to validate this need. Both parties of the homeowner and installer, were awaiting on what he claimed as a "diverter" to be sent to [redacted]. Per telephone conversation with Mr. F[redacted] around this time frame, he stated this metal was ordered back around that time in the color of "pebble" to match the installed products. As of November 6, 2015 at 8;17pm, Mr. F[redacted] sent a text to me stating he spoke with [redacted] where he states, "I explained the situation with them sent the scope of work they offered to pay for it since it didn't have anything to do with the claim you need a 1 ft piece of metal for water diversion will have to order....". As of this time, I have followed up with [redacted] on 11/5/2015 with [redacted], who filed a complaint for the needs of completion to the installation back on June 2,015. On 12/31/15, [redacted] at 4:14pm, [redacted] was to add to Drew's original notes as this was escalated to the area sales manager on 12/9/2015 with them. [redacted] has been more than accommodating to the concerns of having a contractor who they recommended to finalize the job initiated back on June 2, 2015. This metal was to be installed back from the said contractor once the metal became available which he stated he would install once the rain decreased in Ohio, back on July 14, 2015 as he replied back to me via text at 3:29pm on that day. I would just like the job completed and [redacted], with [redacted] related [redacted] is making every attempt to assist me in this concern. I am currently seeking assistance with the Revdex.com to have this completed as [redacted] ( Friendly Enterprise's supplier) reported on December 7, 2015, with a [redacted] and [redacted], that they were awaiting the credit from [redacted] although the contractor stated he had this piece of metal in his possession to me me face-to-face back in October on a Sunday morning.
