So I came into the store looking for a reliable car found a BMW series with thousand miles on it the car looked ok inside and out drove it seemed fine except it needed brakes and a passenger window fixed nothing big was told the car was so I put down so it should have been left plus tax I didnt look at the numbers on the paperwork because it was taking forever to get it done and I was in a hurry so took it home less then a week brakes went completely out so I had to do them myself dollars took it in to a mechanic he said oil hasn't been changed in a long time so I paid to do that dollars three days after that the ac went out five days after that I was driving and the throttle cable breaks I have missed several work appointments that have cost me money so I call premium auto finance I was miles away they couldn't help me so I had to get a tow truck to drive it miles to get it there I let them know that I need it fixed right away so I wouldn't miss another appointment I had to pay for that dollars I get there the so called mechanic is jacking around with some girls in a car not working on my car since they don't have anything else to do since they only have about cars on the lot and iam probably being generous with that finally about after a minute wait the guy says they have to order the part when they could have simply drove to auto zone got the dollar part and put it on it took about minutes to take it out its like a bicycle brake cable very easy to do so my wife has to drive hour minutes to come get me to make sure I can still get to my appointment I complain about all of this and what I get is sorry about your problems and we are doing you a favor just fixing the dollar cable in exchange for the brake job and window fix that was owed to me you've had so here is the lesson don't by a car from here unless you plan on paying for any and everything on a car that more then likely the bought from the auction and just parked it on the lot and did nothing to it to make sure it was serviced and road worthy they over charged me for the car about more then what was told to me they fixed nothing and care nothing about you only how much money they can get out of you these car that's really only worth about max is ending up costing me about dollars plus my money ive missed from work and all the gas it's cost me in running around bottom line I was lied to treated like garbage and got no help on a car I have had for less then days that I was severely over charged for stay far away from here they are fast talking and take advantage of people with less then perfect credit becuase they know you have to buy a car from places like this

Currently rented a property from them, no complaints, Just the efficiency of hearing back from them, but then I cant blame them because they did there part ti was just the owner we were trying to get a hold of.
Only bad thing I can say is I don't like the fact that we told them we are moving in a month, and they did not let us know they put that our apartment is available and that we had someone come to view without any notice from the owner,company or anything.

So I came into the store looking for a reliable car found a BMW 3 series with 90 thousand miles on it the car looked ok inside and out drove it seemed fine except it needed brakes and a passenger window fixed nothing big was told the car was 3500 so I put 1200 down so it should have been 2300 left plus tax I didnt look at the numbers on the paperwork because it was taking forever to get it done and I was in a hurry so took it home less then a week brakes went completely out so I had to do them myself 200 dollars took it in to a mechanic he said oil hasn't been changed in a long time so I paid to do that 120 dollars three days after that the ac went out five days after that I was driving and the throttle cable breaks I have missed several work appointments that have cost me money so I call premium auto finance I was 4 miles away they couldn't help me so I had to get a tow truck to drive it 4 miles to get it there I let them know that I need it fixed right away so I wouldn't miss another appointment I had to pay for that 60 dollars I get there the so called mechanic is jacking around with some girls in a car not working on my car since they don't have anything else to do since they only have about 10 cars on the lot and iam probably being generous with that finally about after a 45 minute wait the guy says they have to order the part when they could have simply drove to auto zone got the 29 dollar part and put it on it took about 3 minutes to take it out its like a bicycle brake cable very easy to do so my wife has to drive 1 hour 45 minutes to come get me to make sure I can still get to my appointment I complain about all of this and what I get is sorry about your problems and we are doing you a favor just fixing the 29 dollar cable in exchange for the brake job and window fix that was owed to me you've had so here is the lesson don't by a car from here unless you plan on paying for any and everything on a car that more then likely the bought from the auction and just parked it on the lot and did nothing to it to make sure it was serviced and road worthy they over charged me for the car about 2000 more then what was told to me they fixed nothing and care nothing about you only how much money they can get out of you these car that's really only worth about 3500 max is ending up costing me about 6000 dollars plus my money ive missed from work and all the gas it's cost me in running around bottom line I was lied to treated like garbage and got no help on a car I have had for less then 30 days that I was severely over charged for stay far away from here they are fast talking and take advantage of people with less then perfect credit becuase they know you have to buy a car from places like this.
