Run the other way! This company is a complete sham! We were billed in full on a credit card and every time we called they had a new term for why they hadn't booked us in to what was promised First they said we had booked a "better value" property, and then the second time they used another termNone of these terms were in our rental agreement nor were they explained to us They finally confirmed us into a "condo" not a bedroom house with pool as promised and after REPEATED attempts to get a refund for the balance of what was promised and what was received we finally just gave up We sent multiple emails and wrote to the owner personally, and got no response
We spoke to the actual property manager for the condo we were booked into and they had literally booked us in days before our chedate over Christmas Break even though we had paid over a month in advance
The property manager had told them it didn't have a working hot tub but they were told we didn't care and that a condo was what we wanted! COMPLETE LIES all of it They just scramble at the last minute and book whatever they can get They refused to send pictures, and wouldn't even give us the address until we'd already started our drive to Florida This was THE worst experience I have ever had with a travel company These people are dishonest, unethical, and in my opinion stole money from us Also, they continuously spam you with multiple emails every day with ads for properties they say they have available but its all just a bait and switch They don't actually have properties listed with them at all They call other property managers They are just a third party call centre essentially DO NOT USE!

I recently rented a property in Clermont Florida and the experience was awful. Upon entry of the home, my entire party was sweating profusely as the air in the home was not turned on and due to the size of the home, it took hours to cool the 6 bedroom property. The house was not clean, the bathrooms were filthy resulting in me purchasing cleaning supplies to clean those areas (3.5 bathrooms). There was a leak in the breakfast room air conditioning vent. I called the customer service area and a maintenance person supposedly came out and repaired however upon my return from the park, the leak had turned into a outright downpour. A outside contractor had to come and repair the air conditioner. As a result of the leak, the carpet was saturated and we had to walk around on dirty wet carpet. Not all ceiling fans in the house were operable. It was not at all what I expected. The size and location of the house were perfect, the pool was an added bonus but mostly everything else was a complete and utter disaster. I expected to stay in a home located in a resort (where all homes were vacation homes) however we were in a residential neighborhood where not all properties were well maintained...as was the case of the house I rented. When booking online, you are provided a photo of a clean, well furnished home when in reality, that is not the home you will be renting. You do not see what you are actually getting until you arrive. You can pay for early arrival, however there are no guarantees you can check in early. Never again will I conduct business with this company and I suggest you don't either.
