I am rejecting this response because:I take offense to being referred to as ungrateful because this is not a case of buyers remorse. I didn't just merely change my mind. The stove isn't brand new nor is it what I feel was represented. If it is the backsplash that is modified it was not done well. It is separating from the back of the stove and does not allow the stove to fit properly. There is also a lot of wear on the stove that will require effort to make it right.Our email correspondence was not an intent to say that this stove is acceptable. It isn't and we aren't desperate nor are we dishonest. We try to do fair business. We are asking VCDiscounter to do the same. We haven't been saved any time nor money as the stove doesn't fit properly.

We will in fairness offer to pay the cost of the new part but it would be our cost not the retail price of a third party. The customer will need to supply us with the model and serial number of the washer and the old part we will take care of that. The involvement of a third party to service the appliance would not be something we will assume. Our prices reflect a good working appliance and given the opportunity, we would have promptly repaired the unit using our service and parts. We have been in this location 35 years and are open 6 days a week. We have a great reputation in the community and take great care of our customers. There would be no reason it could not be looked at here quickly or exchanged for another machine if we could not get it repaired.I would need the old part back the model and serial number of the unit and a copy of the repair bill after that it would just take a few days to get a part cost refund to the customer. As is stated on our posted policy, "Shipping is Nonrefundable: "Free" Ground Shipping is synonymous with "Included" or "At No Additional Charge" Ground Shipping. The shipping carriers do not ship for free which means we do pay the shipping when your order is shipped.If you cancel your order after we have incurred shipping expense, shipping will be deducted from any refund. Please review our cancellation policy.If you return your order, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. Please review our return policy."This and all of our policies are clearly posted on our site. It was the customer's choice to use our site by which choice they agreed to the terms of use, including these posted policies. It was further the customer's choice to order the particular model they chose and to request to return the order. All order and returns are made under the conditions of our policies which are posted and in place for that reason. We are not changing or violating the posted policy simply because this customer disagrees after the fact.The return authorization was sent to this customer, authorizing their return under the conditions of our return policy. The return authorization number is valid for 15 days after it was issued.
