We ordered seat over a year ago from this company I have called and spoke to Ivas several times and nothing is resolved I asked to speak to someone else and get nothing Back in August he said the part that was on backorder just came in That I should receive the product in a few days I called back and he doesn't know what i'm talking about I spoke to him yesterday and sent a email He said he would check and call me back Again no word back from him This company sucks and I would never recommend it

In 2011 I bought 2 captain chairs, they advertised them as "ultimate Leather" with arm rest, They sent me plastic covered seats (not leather) with one armrest installed on each seat, I decided to put a right side armrest on the drivers seat, I spent about 3 hours attempting to put the armrest on, took the van to 3 upholstery shops no one could install the armrest, I called Discount Van & Truck since it's been 4 years since my purchase, their method of putting on armrest had changed & NO ONE there could tell me how to install the armrest, now I have a hole in the side of my seat with no armrest to go in it.
