website.I am emailing you to show you supporting documents (screenshots) of theorder details made on our website *** by*** *** They include the order details themselves from ourwebsites back end as well as the screenshot of tracking information that hadbeen sent to *** *** on ***Below is the response I had writtenon the Revdex.com website."On 3/7/two separate orders were placed on our websitehttps://discountvapepen.comThe first order for $under the name*** *** the second for $under the name *** *** Bothshipping addresses given were: *** *** 1** *** *** *** ** ***On 4/8/2015, approximately one month after the order,*** *** contacted us on our *** page to say she never ordered theproducts for $to which we responded with a screenshot of her orderdetails and tracking information showing that the items had been deliveredon 3/11/We understand that we can not make everyone happy so disputesoccur, it's just the nature of businessI have disputed purchases myselfbut I have always done them through my bank and in about a week money isreturned to my accountI will take a guess that based upon the two ordersplaced under different names that the credit card used may not belong to*** which would mean she was unable to contact the card holders bank tohandle her issueWhat I do know is that we sent out products and none wasreturned by her or *** as a "return to sender" so we could issue a refund.Please check your email for supporting documents related to this complaint."--Best Regards,The Discount Vape Pen Team

I am rejecting this response because: I have asked this company for weeks/months to help me solve this issue, and I haven't gotten satisfactory responses. The product for ~$42 wasn't even delivered, it says it was delayed. There is also no email confirmation from this company regarding the ~$42, but I have one for the ~$38 purchase. I have contacted my bank about this issue, as they saw on my statement that I was charged for a purchase I did not make. However I have not gotten my money back.Below are conversations I've had with the company through [redacted], indicating that a) the company stated that this purchase was delayed, meaning I do not have this product b) the company stating they would help me with this problem but neglected to.
