I tried for almost years to get discount windows of junction city Orto correct poor workmanship that caused thousands in damage
One contractor said, the structural repairs would cost thousand dollarsIt is half done and it is already thousand dollars of structural damageAll windows needed new sheetingThey cut the sheeting so its ends were free flloating-not nailed downStuds were cut- so far, one window had to be reframedWires were cutNone of this was visible except I stepped out one day and took photos of studs cut in halfThey covered everything upNot once was I told that there was something that needed my attentionThe depth of the windows was different than what was taken outI was not informedA circle saw was used to make everything fitThen all flashing was to big
They did a terrible job
tHEIR OWN SUPERVISOR SAID A WINDOW NEEDED TO BE FRAMED BECAUSE OF THE DAMAGE DURING ITS INSTALLATIONyET NO REPAIRS WERE DONE

This company claims to provide Sales, Installation and Repair I contacted this business for a quote and installation of a door and they told me they don't do installation The sub out the installation to contractors who they claim are too busy to give estimates They said it isn't worth it to them to give estimates to customers because their employees don't want to travel to give the estimate Their website states the above They don't provide the service What a big disappointment I think this is frankly advertising and poor business practice

I ordered and paid for - 6' x 5' slider Windows - over weeks ago and have been trying to pick them up - but they are no where to be found but "Discount Windows" will order me more for an additional $*** * what a scam They will call me back but never doJust talk to another person with the same story - I asked the Sales rep"Reese" about this and he says they deal a lot of people so this happensI have asked for a refund - we will see what happens next

I ordered a custom front door the beginning on march After waiting * weeks for door it was installedThere were lots of installation and manufacturing issues with door, the biggest issue required that the entire door system be removed and a new door installedThe doors had been miscut so the panels did not matchIt took several months for another door to be installedThe "new" door had many of its own issues, after several visits from installers some issues got fixedSeveral main manufacturing issues still existThe biggest issue is the wrought iron decoration that is between the glass is not set properly and vibrates and knocks into glass whenever door is opened or closedThe seal between the doors (french doors) does not seal properly -you can see light and cold air comes throughLastly the door was suppose to be completely painted and they did not paint the tops of the door, this was very important because I have a split level entry and the tops of the door can be easi
