Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In all the corporate mumbo jumble they spoke about like being so good as to give me free shipping, well "anyone" can get free shipping if they spend up to a certain amount of money as I didand they still had the gall to use the $off my next purchase for a partial reimbursement when they know I will never order from them again after my experienceSo the bottom line is "I still want the ounces of spice they owe me", I told them before I would be satisfied with bottles, even though I should receive a little moreAnd as far as the $refund they gave to my credit card (witch is still isn't enough no matter how they figure it) even when I insisted I absolutely did not want them to do that, I guess I could send it back to them after I receive the product I purchased and was promisedThis company has the funds and the product to stand by their sales, it is the people in charge that are trying to swindle the not so wealthy, or the ones that cant defend themselves I would be interested in submitting statements about my situation on the B.B.Bwebsite if this does not get rectified, so please let me know how to do that Thank You, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I went online to Discount Coffee.com on 9-6-and purchase bottles of lemon spice for $Each bottle was advertised as holding ozWhen the product arrived at my home I discovered the bottles were smaller and only held ozI called discount coffee.com by phone on 9-13-and talked to a nice lady named ***, I told her of the smaller bottles and asked if she could send me at least another eight or nine bottles to make up the difference of what I was shorted, she said she would have to talk to her supervisor about that and could I call back the next day The next day I called and she said her supervisor said they could not do that but would credit my credit card with a portion of what I was short on product, and then give me a coupon for $toward my next purchase with themI would still be short product and money, as they only wanted to credit me for ozof spice instead of oz I asked [redacted] if I could speak to her supervisor that made these decis

I can’t believe they did it again, refunded me another $18.00, after the MANY times I told them I want the “product” I paid for “not” a refund on the money I sent themThis is totally out of line and I believe they are doing this on purpose, because I wrote to you Revdex.com about my dealings with Discount Coffee.com I have said in the past I don’t even care if I get all the product I paid for, I would be satisfied with more bottles of spiceThey have the product, I don’t know why they just don’t finish my order. I am totally astonished by thisLike I already stated, I am ready to send the money back to them after I receive the product

the $5.00 off my next purchase for a partial reimbursement when they know I will never order from them again after my experience. So the bottom line is "I still want the 17.6 ounces of spice they owe me", I told them before I would be satisfied with 8 bottles, even though I should receive a little more. And as far as the $18.00 refund they gave to my credit card (witch is still isn't enough no matter how they figure it) even when I insisted I absolutely did not want them to do that, I guess I could send it back to them after I receive the product I purchased and was promised. This company has the funds and the product to stand by their sales, it is the people in charge that are trying to swindle the not so wealthy, or the ones that cant defend themselves.
I would be interested in submitting statements about my situation on the B.B.B. website if this does not get rectified, so please let me know how to do that.
