We can refund this customer The issue was we didn't have record of offering a RMA to client as we lost our shipping manager We had just one issue that was unresolved with her departure

Review: Order [redacted] - for one sp3 articulating tv mount. I ordered this mount on Sept. 2nd 2015 and I have not received any further information or the product from the company. I have tried to contact via phone - left multiple messages, email, and online account messaging with no response from the company or any idea of eta or shipping of the product that I ordered.Desired Settlement: Shippment of product with confirmation email or refund of money immediately.

Review: I ordered an SP3 mount and the wrong one was delivered. I've attempted to contact all last week daily through emails and voicemails. Their phone number only goes to voicemail. I'm trying to get an RMA # to ship the incorrect product back and have the correct one sent. Order # [redacted]Desired Settlement: see above

Review: I purchased the SP3 TV mount in December 2011 and again in September 2014. The SP3 TV mount on the YouTube advertisement claims it can support 150 lbs. I received a different TV mount on my September 2014 order. It's call the Flat Panel Wall Support. This is a different product from the SP3 TV mount and it can only support 110 lbs. I tried to contact the seller by phone 4 times and sent 6 emails. I had to place another call to them asking for help with a different product in order to reach the owner [redacted]. I told him that I was unhappy with the TV mount that he sent me. [redacted] told me the product had changed and the new picture was on the website. This is true, but if you click on the SP3 picture this will open up the information on the product along with the SP3 YouTube video showing the older model. I told him that I had ordered the SP3 TV mount in 2011 and after reviewing the video I thought I was going to receive the same SP3 TV mount being advertised in the video. [redacted] offered me a full refund including shipping and no restocking fees. I was told I would receive the return instruction be email, but I have not received them. I have left phone messages and I have sent emails that have gone unanswered. Please help. Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Send me the return information with a prepaid label and credit my account.

Review: Ordered two items from them, neither one was what was advertised and was the wrong mount for the tv I was trying to mount on a wall. Called them, emailed them and finally got an RMA number for returning the products. Returned the items and have the proof from [redacted], and have yet to receive my refund. They got their products back and I have not seen a refund in a month so far.Desired Settlement: Want to get what I am owed back after they take their restocking fee, exactly what they told me they were going to do in a return email to me.

Review: Item was ordered 3.8.15. Never shipped. Company said it was held up at docks. When I complained about wait time and asked for money back, company claimed it had already shipped. Item never left warehouse. I have it on record that they say it shipped. I also have it on record that they say they DIDN'T ship because I didn't want it. Requests to have money refunded have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund

Review: I order 3 sp1 mounts on 10/28/14.Payed threw PayPal monies were taken out of my acct. on 10/29/14. I have called and e-mail every day since 11/3/14 no one has contacted me back. My order is awaiting fulfillment for a week. they say they ship out the next day. That hasn't happened.Desired Settlement: just want to know if I am going to get my mounts.

Review: 3 weeks since ordering product and tracking info on their site shows the product has still not shipped. Site claims most orders shipped and received within 2-3 days of order. Several emails to vendor. First response was 1 week after order. Vendor claimed [redacted] was to blame ([redacted] ended 3 weeks prior to order). Vendor claimed item would ship the following day. Tracking several days later showed order "still awaiting fulfillment". 2nd email following week requested full refund and asked order not to be filled. Response from vendor claimed item had already shipped and was on its way, thus refund was not an option. Tracking as of March 27th shows item still awaiting fulfillment. Emails and phone calls to vendor not being returned.Desired Settlement: Full refund. $162.04 Order #[redacted]
