***We found ** *** ***'s order which was placed on our website in December of (12/**/09:26:EST) It was for two magazine subscriptionsConsumer Reports and PlayboyWe received a request for a refund in October (nearly years after his order was placed) which stated that he wanted a refund, He did not state what the refund was for just that he wanted a refund*** ***'s 2nd call in October revealed that he had received one year of Playboy and was not happy with it and wanted his money back. We understand how he feels ; however, our refund policy states: RefundsOur policy is that we will only accept order cancellations or give refunds within hours of your orderAfter that time, we cannot give refunds.
