Clay Gleason I DO NOT recommend this place at all I paid$ 2,000 for a scooter and it hasn't run right since I got and they refuse to fix it because the warranty ran out a couple of weeks ago. The problem has been on going since I got it. They sent me 2 switches to fix it and I had to install them myself. No Tech people came to help
.I have owned scooters since 1995 and never had a problem other than tires and batteries
.I bought it July 15th 1917 and got my last parts last month to fix it which DID NOT work. They advertise that have techs all over the US and they would take care of problems. I never got to see one at all. They sent me parts and said I will instruct you by phone on how to install them. BEWARE of this place. I called last Saturday and was told the Manager would contact and after a week I contacted them again and she said we open at 10 am Monday and I would be the first called butI never got to talk to him till after 6 pm. They will not fix it or send a tech to see what is wrong,.

this guy should not be in business going to try and shut him down. a total scam artist hope many people see this screwing me out of 1,897. 00 do not trust him and if you buy from paypal do not drop your dispute with michael woods ---- 000000000

I purchased the Air Hawk portable wheelchair and love it. One of the battier's would not hold a charge, called customer and they sent a replacement battery and UPS picked up my old one.

I haver nothing but good things to say about this company. Their customer support has been positive and pleasant. Answered directly the questions I had about the Luggie mobility scooter. When ordering they were precise about its delivery and options. Unit came in perfect condition and right on time. I needed to call about 2 missing items and they were graceful and had them in the mail right away. I would definitely order from them again.

Poor quality part. Left side gas pedal. Pedals bend, the left side pedal will not stay tightened on the shaft causing it to rotate. Tabs on the lock feature did not align properly so removal is difficult. Cannot use in the received condition.
