Review: I purchased a new 2015 RV that included 1 year warranty from seller. On June 6th 2015, approx. 7 months after purchase, I had to bring in my RV for a 2nd issue (slide-out was catching on casing of bunk bed ladder and tearing out screw covers/gouging latter casing). I was calling to get updates monthly then weekly, however 2 weeks ago was the last time I called due to the manager ([redacted]n) being rude. He told me that I had most likely forgot to put in the ladder which somehow had caused the damage to the outside casing of the ladder. I explained that the ladder being left out is not consist during with damage to the exterior casing as you can see that the slide-out is catching and not even clearing the casing and could it be a misalignment issue. He became even ruder still with me and gave excuses that the parts had to be ordered across the country which is why parts are taking more then 4 months. As of today they still have my RV and the issue is still not fixed. I fully believe that this business is not completing the RV so that they can run-out the warranty coverage that will expire in the end of December 2015.Desired Settlement: I would love to have them just keep my RV and return all the money that I have paid, but I do not believe that they have a return policy. At the least; I want them to pay for another repair business to complete said repairs AND I want full warranty coverage added from the seller for the amount of time that they are not completing the work.

Review: We signed an agreement to purchase a 2001 Fleetwood Prowler Trailer. We found out no banks will finance a trailer that old. Upon finding that out they said they could sell us a 2007 for around the same price and be able to get the financing. We agreed over the phone but never signed a new contract for the 2007. We decided that we did not want to buy the trailer after all. We signed the original contract for the 2001 Fleetwood on January 12th, 2015. Today is January 23,2015. They said there is no cooling off period. I said after we could not get financing from the bank the contract was then not any good. He said they had ten days to get financing. They then told me that THEY were going to finance the 2001 Fleetwood Trailer and they still had a signed agreement for that. If I didn't pick the trailer up on the 24th of January I will have to pay storage. This is 12 days since signing the original contract.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner [redacted] to just let the contract go and refund the down payment that my daughter put down. She is not on the contract, but put the down payment down by Credit Card over the phone.
