We booked a tour with this company and received a substandard tour on a van with more people on it than promised We requested a partial refund but got a run around and no satisfactionIn fact, the apparent owner Diego insulted us and also told us everyone else "loved" the tourThis was not true as we ran into a couple who took it with us at the airport who also felt it was a substandard tour In our opinion, Diego is a shyster

Diego, the owner of the tour booked me for a trip to Iguazu falls with a flight into Argentina. Then less than a month before, he told me I actually had to go to Brazil and needed to get a visa. I then had to use my own money to try to get a Brazilian visa which then did not get processed in time. I did not get to go on the trip, and he refused to give me a refund. He booked the trip with a significant change even though I never signed off on it or agreed to it. He charged my credit card anyway after telling me of the change before I could even respond! Not a good man or business owner. Avoid doing business with this company.

We talked with Diego at Discover Uruguay tours. Diego was, in a word, FABULOUS! He was VERY responsive to our questions and booked tours for us in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Montevideo, Uruguay, and Buenos Aires, Argentina including a day at Iguazu Falls. There was a ton of coordination and organization involved in this but not one mishap! Every guide was on time or early and thoroughly knowledgeable of the area. Every connection was made without long lines or wasted down time. Per our interests, some last minute adjustments were made as each guide made our wishes his priority. We did not expect this and were very pleased. Very good value for the money.
