Sent: Monday, August 03, 12:PM To: drteam Subject: Compliant # *** Dear Sirs, This compliant is without merit by suggesting that we "switched" his transmission with a junk yard transmission, produce shoddy work, and intentionally damaged his vehicle is not only preposterous, it's slander and we have responded by hiring an attorney to defend our business, character and strong standing in the local business communityPlease see attachedIt is our hope that the Revdex.com will withhold any further determination regarding this compliant until all parties have had their day in courtWholesale Transmission will defend itself vigorously against this groundless, frivolous complaint Sincerely John ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Sent: Tuesday, July 21, 8:AMTo: drteamSubject: Re: You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint #*** re: Response to Wholesale transmission COMPLAINT NO*** I did not receive wholesale Transmission response until today July 21, via the Revdex.com emailAs such I am requesting that this complaint be reopened because of the fact that Wholesale Transmission admits that it performed the actual work on the vehicle in question and refuses to warrant their shoddy work and fraudulent representations to Mr***.Wholesale transmission's argument is irrelevant, because they admit that they performed the actual work that was the underlining cause of the damage done to the transmissionfact that Mr*** was not the actual customer, and the company never addressed the fact that it substituted a used transmission for the original transmission thereby voiding the warranty of the original companyTheir claim is that they want the original company to warranty a transmission they they didn't rebuild and wholesale transmission installed incorrectly
Regards,

Mr*** had no direct contact with our business other than picking up his vehicle once repairs were completedWhen he called to report that he was having an issue he was told to bring the vehicle back to us and we would diagnose the issueThe next contact with Mr*** was well after he
brought the vehicle to another repair facility and authorized them to work on it which in turn voided his warranty with the facility in Georgia Wholesale Transmission performed a spot repair as per instructions from the original repair facility who was informed that there would be no warranty written or implied (see attachment) on the repairsThis issue is strictly between Mr*** and the repair facility in Georgia.Regards,John ***PresidentWholesale Transmission

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.   Sent: Thursday, August 20, 2015 2:40 PM To: drteam <[email protected]> Subject: Fw: Response to Wholesale transmission I On Saturday, August 15, 2015 9:44 AM, LENNIE [redacted] <[email protected]> wrote:   ID No. [redacted] Wholesale Transmission.   I have no record of a copy the latest  message from Wholesale transmissions and I request that you reopen this matter with the Revdex.com.   My response is a s follows Wholesale Transmissions: These allegations are not groundless and are based on an independent  third party testimony  of the repair shop that corrected and repaired the vehicle in question. There is also evidence that will be presented in the appropriate court that Wholesale Transmissions has a history of fraudulent,  shoddy and deceptive practices. These allegations are supported by the independent testimony of recent clients that have used the services of Wholesale Transmissions. In addition to the shoddy ans dishonest repairs preformed on Mr. [redacted], vehicle we have  petitioned  the state of Texas and the circuit court to revoke Wholesale license to practice. based on its history of deceptive practices against the public. If you would like a copy of the evidence to support my claim please feel free to get in contact we me. If you are still  close this case with the Revdex.com please include this response in your final analogy.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be unsatisfactory to me.  I WILL NOT TAKE MY CAR BACK THERE EVEN IF HE HONORS THE WARRANTY!  Yes it's 53 years old and he should treat it as such.  I'm done!

I will contact [redacted] and resolve this problem

This a 53 year old car that has an issue that 2 other shops have been unable to repair to his satisfaction. The repair is under warranty at this center and we will honor that warranty. The rust in the fuel tank had nothing to do with our shop and we have...

confirmed that with the mechanic that repaired it. We have made every effort to repair the car mindful of keeping the cost in the customers budget. He has said on numerous occasions when dropping off the vehicle for us to "take our time" in regards to time to repair. In regards to the car being dirty, we strove  to keep his car indoors , however it would have to be moved out side when working on other vehicles and we apologize if it was dusty. We will be happy to detail it at no charge. Once again this is a 53 year old vehicle and as the customer is fully aware it is going to always require repair of one system or another. We sincerely hope that [redacted] will allow us to honor our commitment to his satisfaction. Thank You for your assistance in this matter.
