Discovery Channel Store

Review: On March 23 rd I placed an order with the Discovery Channel .com on the internet for the first time. in the amount of $68.16 and agreed to have this amount withdrawn in a single transaction from my bank account on that date , However the Discovery Channel Split the order into 2 seperate orders and waited until March 27th to charge 16.17 and then on march 28th another charge of 51.99 to my account. I did not agree to have 2 seperate transactions posted /withdrawn from my account.

I am a survivor of a 3x roll over / ejected thru the glass car accident 7 yrs ago in which I have had suffered many serious injury's and left me in need of learning to walk / talk etc all over again. I did get mixed up in my acct ( where I still do not understand ) and it was over 5.24 and 10.98 transactions that had taken place days b/f these I am thinking. which I was also charged $32.00 fee's for at my financial institution. I did not realize while viewing my acct online that reading a figure in parentases? spelling meant a negative balance even ??? , I thought I was still in the positive .

I don't feel it is fair of me to be charged $64.00 in fee's for 2 seperate transactions that were split ( w/ out my consent or knowledge days later ) , had the original amount of the 68.16 purchase been put thru on the account the day or even day or 2 after I made the purchase the amt would have been paid fine and there would have been no fee's incurred.

I am requesting a reimbursement of the $64.00 in Bank fee's that I have been charged as a direct result of this

I had tryed to phone the Discovery Channel store 2 times to work this out I spoke to [redacted] on 03/30/2014 and another girl on 03/31/2-14 , [redacted] refused to refund the charges when I asked for a corporate address he stated he / they were there own corporate address and they themself's handled all billing issue's with in , the girl I spoke to said her system was down and she could not speak about anything and that I would have to call back at a later date , I informed both agents of this phone number on my bank statement no being a valid phone number .
