I am rejecting this response because: I had to resort to filing a complaint with the Revdex.com Northeast California because the business was being unreasonable on top of ignoring my calls when it was agreed we would work together on a solutionI have the managers personal cell and he said he would help me then he blocked me from calling him as it went straight to vm when I would call but I could get through using someone elses phoneI have left multiple voicemails on the managers cell as well as called the business repeatedly asking for the manager and the owner to be told that they were not available and that they would relay the message to call me back and still they have yet to return any of my callsI feel that without the support of the Revdex.com they will once again ignore me and try and wash their hands of this issue as they have been doing since I paid off my account in JuneThey have not tried contacting me at all as they have stated in their responseI would still like your assistance until the issue is resolved

Review: I ordered furnitures from them. They took them a month to deliver my furniture and not even the whole furnature that I wanted. They been going back in fort to bring my stuff. And the stuff that they bring me it's want not the one that I wanted. They order me a new pub table just to get the right color. When they deliver that table it wasn't even assemble and they have to assemble everything in my place. When they assembled all the chairs has cracked. We are watching them. and they were try to cover it with sharpie. I was so prostrated to going back and inport to there place. That's why I'm not happy anymore because all the inconvenience they gave me. I paid them off and all I got is prostration. That's why I demand that I want all my money back. My holiday wasn't as good as before I incounter all this.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and they have to pay me all the inconvenience that they cost me.

I paid them $2,600.00 and I'm not satisfied what I got. I'm not the only one who received this kind of costumer dissatisfaction. And I think I'm the only one at this moment who made a complaint about there services. I work hard for that money just to get what I wanted and end up disaster because of there service.

Review: I purchased a bedroom set and used the layaway option as my method of payment. The store (Discovery Furniture) and I made an agreement that the set would be delivered once paid in full prior to a very planned move to Texas. The bedroom set was ultimately not delivered and when the store was contacted to be refunded for the goods, I was advised that I should have called and reminded the store about the merchandise. I have purchased several things from this location and never had an issue, However, this issue has not been resolved. I was advised that I would get store credit, but that will not help me because I have relocated so that option was declined. I was then advised that I would be sent a check or money order for the purchase amount. It is when I called to the store, however, that I am asked to leave a message.If I call the store owner's cellular phone number, I get no answer. I have attempted to handle this situation with the owner of the business([redacted]) and the manager to the store to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund for the purchase price of the funiture that I did not receive.
