WE WERE VERY CLEAR WITH PRIZES GIVEN AWAY AS MR [redacted] SHOULD HAVE READ IF A CUSTOMER HAD THREE LIKE OBJECTS IN THE SCRATCH OFF THEY WON ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PRIZES LISTED THEY WERE ALSO GIVEN A WINNING NUMBER THAT ONCE AT THE DEALERSHIP THEY WOULD MATCH WITH THE WINNING NUMBERS DISPLAYED AND THEN GIVEN WHAT EVER PRIZE MATCHED THEIR NUMBER THIS WAS DONE AND WE CONSIDERED THIS MATTER CLOSED AS WE WERE VERY TRANSPARENT ON CLAIMING A PRIZE JOSEPH CHEVROLET

Well I will try not to use all caps lock like I am yelling and start off by saying that your entire reply is confusingI did have matching IPADS but was given three non gold coins insteadYour advertisement was and and incorrect on two counts all to attain peoples information and trick them into walking into your dealership.

I am sorry Mr *** feels this way. We did have a sale and offered a prize for every customer that came in. Everyone received atleast one dollar gold coins. No one is required to give any information if they wish not to, all they have to do is show up and check their
winning number. We are sorry for any confusion most every customer were very happy they received a gift

AS MR [redacted] SHOULD HAVE READ IF A CUSTOMER HAD THREE LIKE OBJECTS IN THE SCRATCH OFF THEY WON ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PRIZES LISTED THEY WERE ALSO GIVEN A WINNING NUMBER THAT ONCE AT THE DEALERSHIP THEY WOULD MATCH WITH THE WINNING NUMBERS DISPLAYED AND THEN GIVEN WHAT EVER PRIZE MATCHED THEIR NUMBER. Ms [redacted] originally picke dout a less expensive vehicle which she was given a price on she then picked out a more expensive vehicle which was the reason for the higher price. Ms [redacted] received GM employee pricing which clearly defines the price. She also had a trade in with a title...
issue making it worth less than normal so we even gave more for her trade than the market supported. Ms [redacted] pricing again is set by GM and she received a great deal that we are very proud of. This closes this issue for Joseph Chevrolet
