Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
We were seated at a smaller booth. There was a vacant larger booth that would have seated 5-people comfortably facing the stage. I observed another large booth occupied by SIX guests. The large vacant booth was later occupied by only TWO guests Josh you stated that "I'm not sure why three decided to sit their back to the stage as the large booths hold three on each side." As your know the seats in your small booths face each otherTherefore it is impossible for all guests to sit facing your stage. Why would anyone want to attend an event with their backs facing the stage? As previously stated we asked the hostess several times if we could have a larger table or larger booth but were told "No I'm Sorry." Had we been given a LARGE BOOTH to accommodate the five of us so we were all facing the stage, there would be no complaint filed against your businessRegards,

I take responsibility for not getting back to G[redacted] in a more timely manner. The night didn't go as planned as our entertainment was over 2 hours late taking the stage. This caused a lot of frustration for both Discovery and our guests. In the attached screenshot you will find the terms of our VIP...

tickets that state reservations are made in the order received. The tickets were amongst the last purchased and for the party of 5 our elevated booth (which is usually sought after) was the only table large enough to hold the party of five. I'm not sure why three decided to sit their back to the stage as the large booths hold three on each side. Regardless, their experience was not good and we want to do better for our guests. We have fixed this problem with our ticket provider by allowing guests to actually purchase the table they will be sitting in moving forward. We obviously don't want our guests to have a bad experience, and I'm very sorry G[redacted] didn't.

Review: On 5/17/15 we visited Discovery for Sunday brunch. I paid the bill, when I came home I realized that they overcharged me. Instead of $19.99 they charged me $24.99 per brunch. I called, manager stated that they will credit my card back, it did not happened. On 5/30/15 owner/manager sent us a text that my card will be credited the next day. Until now, Discovery did not refund my money nor returning my calls.Desired Settlement: Just want Discovery to refund the difference.
